Ingredients:
Rice, Urad dal, multi grains, Bengal Gram, Moong dal, Toor dal, Masoor Dal, Chana Dal, Rice, Pinch of Turmeric, Red chilli powder and species
How to use;
Mix 1 cup of dosa, pre-mix with 1/2 cup of water mix thoroughly to make a smooth batter, keep aside for 30 mins.
Stir well, pour sufficient batter on an oil-smeared Tava, add 1tsp of cooking oil.
Roast till it turns golden brown- serve hot.
Dosa tastes delicious and is mostly served with chutney. dosa can be made thick or thin, soft or crisp all to suit your taste.
