Preparation of Mass Health mix:

Add 3 tablespoon of NK Essentials Mass health mix in and stir with 1 cup (ie.300ml) of water, Stir until without lumps.

Place on stove and bring to boil, stir continuously for 2mins without lumps, Then add 200ml of boiled milk or water and stir continuously for a minute.

Add Your favourite sweetness (Sugar/Jaggery/Palm Sugar) to your taste and serve warm.

 Variation: for Porridge Cook with hot water on the stove and add salt to taste & serve with buttermilk at room temperature.
