Briyani Masala
Sauté 200g Onion in 200g edible oil in a pressure cooker.
Add 3 tomatoes, 200g curd, 1 spoon lemon juice, 50g NK Essentials Biryani Masala, 1kg either mutton or chicken or 500g vegetable and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add necessary water, 1kg Biriyani Rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle.
After 15 minutes tasty biryani is ready to serve.
